Privacy Notice
How CAREALL Digital Services collects, uses and protects the personal data you share through this GST & Income Tax website.
अंतिम अपडेट: 9 अक्टूबर 2026 · यह पेज CareAll की कानूनी समीक्षा के अधीन है।
Who this notice is from
This website is operated by CAREALL Digital Services, a sole proprietorship of which S. Ravi David Nelson is the proprietor, working from No. 51/72-74, First Floor, K.A.P. Complex, Trivandrum Road, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli 627002, Tamil Nadu. CAREALL is the brand under which the business operates.
This notice explains what personal data is collected when you use this website or send an enquiry through it, why it is collected and what happens to it. For any question about this notice, write to info@careall.org.
What the enquiry form collects
We ask only for what is needed to call you back about the service you selected. Nothing else on this website asks you for personal data.
- Your name
- Your mobile number
- Your preferred language
- The category and service you selected
- Your email address, only if you choose to give it
- A preferred callback date and time, only if you choose one
- A record of your consent to be contacted, with the version and date of this notice
What this website never asks for
The enquiry form does not accept the details below, and you should not type them into it or send them in a chat message. CAREALL will never ask you for a password or a one-time password, by any channel, at any stage.
- PAN or Aadhaar numbers
- Bank account, card or payment details
- Passwords for the GST Portal, the income tax e-filing portal or any other account
- One-time passwords (OTPs)

How your enquiry reaches us
When you submit the form, the details you entered are placed into a WhatsApp message addressed to our office. You can read that message and decide whether to send it. The website itself does not keep a copy of your enquiry, and nothing is sent anywhere until you press send in WhatsApp.
Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, call our office or write to info@careall.org instead.
Apart from that WhatsApp message, your enquiry is not sent anywhere. This website has no server and no database of its own, so there is no copy of it for us to transfer, host abroad, sell or share with anyone else.
Cookies and what is stored in your browser
This website uses one cookie and a small amount of browser storage. None of it is used for advertising, and none of it tracks you across other websites. Everything in the table below stays on your own device unless it is listed as being sent to us.
You can clear any of it at any time through your browser settings. Clearing it only means the website forgets your language, your analytics choice and any unsent draft.
- Cookie "careall_locale" — remembers the language you chose, kept for up to one year
- Local storage "careall.analytics-consent" — remembers whether you allowed analytics
- Local storage "careall.locale" — remembers your language so the front page can open in it
- Session storage "careall.enquiry.draft" — your unsent name, mobile, email and language; cleared when you close the tab
- Session storage "careall:logo-home" — a short-lived note so the logo returns you to the top of the home page
- None of these are sent to us by the website, and none are used for advertising
Analytics
Analytics is loaded only if you allow it when asked. If you do, we see which pages are visited and whether steps such as the enquiry form are completed. Page addresses are recorded without query strings, advertising and cross-site personalisation signals are switched off, and no name, mobile number or email address is included in any analytics event. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded at all.
How your details are used
We use what you share to contact you about your enquiry, to understand the requirement and to carry out the service you ask for. If a service proceeds, our team tells you which documents are relevant and why before you share anything further.
- We collect only what the work actually needs
- Personal data is shown and recorded in masked form in our internal systems wherever possible
- Access is limited to the staff who need it for their work
- We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for unrelated marketing
- Real customer details are never entered into third-party artificial intelligence tools
How long it is kept
Personal data is kept only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or service it was given for, and for any period that the law requires it to be retained. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We tell you the purpose before collecting anything and record your consent with this notice's version.
Subject to that law, you may ask us for access to your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, or withdraw your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@careall.org, and it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out. Write to info@careall.org, or come to our Palayamkottai office during working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, closed on Sunday. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. To raise a grievance, see the next section.
Children and this website
This website is meant for adults dealing with their own or their business’s GST and income tax requirements. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data of a child or of a person with a disability who has a lawful guardian without the consent of the parent or guardian that the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires.
We do not track children, profile them or direct advertising at them. If you believe a child has sent us an enquiry, write to info@careall.org and we will delete it.
Nominating someone to act for you
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 lets you nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf if you die or are unable to act for yourself. If you would like to make a nomination, write to info@careall.org with the nominee’s name and how we may contact them, and we will record it against your details.
Raising a grievance
If you are unhappy with how your personal data has been handled, tell us and we will look into it. Grievances are handled by the proprietor, S. Ravi David Nelson. Write to info@careall.org with the word "Grievance" in the subject line, or come to our Palayamkottai office during working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, closed on Sunday.
Please tell us what happened and how we can reach you. We will acknowledge your grievance, look into it and tell you the outcome within the time the law requires. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows you to approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the updated version and its date are published on this page. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent again.
