Security
How information shared with CAREALL Digital Services through this website is protected, and how to report a security concern.

Our approach
CAREALL Digital Services, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, treats the information you share as something to be protected, not collected freely. The strongest protection is to ask for as little as possible, to say plainly what each item is for, and to keep it away from anyone who does not need it. No system can be made completely secure, but these are the measures we hold ourselves to.
We do not collect what we do not need
The enquiry form takes your name, mobile number, preferred language and the service you selected, with an email address and a callback time only if you choose to give them. It does not accept PAN or Aadhaar numbers, bank or card details, portal passwords, one-time passwords, or documents. Where a service genuinely needs an identity document later, our team explains what is needed and how to hand it over safely.
How your details travel
This website is served over HTTPS, so what you type reaches your browser's connection encrypted. Your enquiry is passed to us as a WhatsApp message that you read and send yourself, so the website does not hold a copy of it. A draft of what you typed stays in your browser's session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.
Because the website has no server of its own, there is no enquiry database to breach and nothing for us to lose if this website were attacked. The form guards against an accidental double submission, and your details go only where you send them.
How we handle personal data internally
Our internal rules apply to every member of the team.
- Collect only what a task needs, and say why before collecting it
- Show and record personal data in masked form wherever possible, and never write it out in full in logs
- Limit access to the staff whose work requires it
- Never enter real customer details into third-party artificial intelligence tools
- Never store an identity number such as Aadhaar in plain text
- Keep personal data only as long as the work and the law require
Staying safe
CAREALL will never ask you for a password or a one-time password, and will never ask you to pay through an unusual channel or a personal account. If a call or message claiming to be from us asks for any of that, treat it as suspicious.
To check whether a message is genuinely from us, call the office number published on this website or write to info@careall.org before responding.
Reporting a security concern
If you believe you have found a security weakness in this website, write to info@careall.org with enough detail for us to understand and reproduce it. We will look into every report we receive.
Please do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, disrupt the service for others, or make the issue public before we have had a fair opportunity to fix it.
